While this product is an affordable source of choline, it uses DL-Choline Bitartrate, which is not the most bioavailable form for crossing the blood-brain barrier. For a nootropic supplement, forms like Alpha-GPC and CDP-Choline are generally considered more effective at boosting cognitive function. Given the relatively low dose per serving, the product’s nootropic benefits may be minimal. Additionally, I found the Vitamin B12 content to be exceptionally high, which is a factor to consider if you’re already supplementing with B-complex vitamins.

Good Container, Seals, Odd Smell but no taste, hard to swallow
The packaging on this is great. I appreciate the plastic seal on the outside so I know that it has not been tampered with. It is also easy to remove, which is great. There is then an easy to remove lid and a thick foil seal to keep moisture out of the capsules during transit/shipping. There is also a silica packet to reduce moisture even after the container has been opened, which is important for keeping the capsules in good shape while they sit in your house over the weeks you take them. The plastic bottle also is opaque, preventing UV/light damage of the capsules. It’s clear the manufacturer thought about protecting the capsules and keeping them in good shape from factory all the way to my house.The capsules are BIG. 9mm diameter by 26mm length, which is one of the largest I have taken. I really wish they were smaller, but on the bright side the recommended serving is only one capsule. At least it is only one I have to swallow based on the instructions! Which I do find I have some difficulty swallowing capsules of this size, so something to watch out for if you sometimes struggle with larger pills/capsules. The capsules themselves are a clear material, advertised as plant cellulose, which means they should be fine for vegetarians. They are filled with a yellow-orange material, and this appears consistent between all capsules. I counted, and the advertised count of 60 capsules is indeed correct, which makes this a 60 day supply. This is on the larger end of number of days of supplement per dollar that I have gotten. This mades it much affordable, which I am happy with.These do have a somewhat odd smell, which adds to my difficulty in taking them. The taste is essentially nothing, so once they are past the nose I do not have any issues with them. My stomach seems to tolerate these well, which is good as I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I feel like my focus has been better, and some of the fog early in the morning has been reduced. Altogether, despite the large capsule, I will keep taking these for more focus and energy!

Made in US with the full spectrum of B vitamins, including Methyl B-12, I take it in the morning to improve my energy level and focus. One easy to take capsule a day, this is a 2-month supply and a great value at the current price of 9.99 – 5 dollars a month. There is no real smell or taste to these capsules, which are on the average to large size for capsules. No side effects, high quality and value – will continue with these.

It’s a budget-friendly and popular form of choline. A lot of folks use choline supplements to help with brain and liver health as they get older.I took one capsule with my meals every day, and I didn’t have any side effects. The capsules are about the average size (check out my picture), and the directions were pretty clear. The packaging was tight, keeping everything fresh.It took a few weeks for me to feel any difference, but I noticed the biggest changes after roughly a month. I haven’t tried any other brands, so I can’t really compare, but this one has worked for me, and I definitely plan to buy it again.

Many supplements on the market today contain little to none of the listed “ingredients” and may also contain harmful fillers and substances. As such, I generally prefer to stick with reputable USA based companies that have a proven track record and research studies to back their claims.This Vitalibre Choline Bitartrate supplement is stated to be made in the USA from global ingredients. I like that their is support email and phone listed as well. I don’t like that their is no Lot#, Produced On, or Expiration Date listed.Finally, I can’t attest to any health changes or cognitive improvement based off a month of use. Because of the high amount of Vitamin B12 and the use of the less bioavailable Choline source, DL-Choline Bitartrate, I will not be ordering again.
