A Deep Clean for the Gut- Digestion, Detox, Microbes, Immunity, Bloat,Balance,Absorption,Great Value
This supplement is a classic example of a “parasite cleanse” or gut support formula, blending old-school ingredients like wormwood, black walnut, and cloves—each of which has a long history of traditional use for helping clear out unwanted critters and maintaining microbial balance. These three are known for their potential anti-parasitic and antimicrobial effects, especially in cases where the gut feels off, sluggish, or overwhelmed by bloating. On top of that, the formula includes other digestion-boosting and gut-balancing agents like ginger, caprylic acid, oregano oil, and black pepper (the latter likely included for absorption purposes). The addition of liposomal delivery is a nice modern touch—it’s meant to improve how well the body absorbs and uses the ingredients, although that’s something harder to tangibly measure from a user’s point of view.I took this once a day, as suggested, and the experience was mostly smooth. No stomach upset or harsh effects, which is important with cleanses like this. I didn’t notice any big “flush” or detox reaction—nothing dramatic—but my digestion did seem to settle a bit. Less random bloating, and I felt more comfortable after meals, which might’ve been a sign that this blend was doing its subtle work behind the scenes. That said, I didn’t feel significantly lighter or more energized, and there weren’t any noticeable immune benefits I could point to directly. But with something like this, I tend to think of it more as a reset—maybe helpful a few times a year when your system feels bogged down or off track, rather than something that’s meant to be transformative every day. If you’re looking for a low-effort, high-coverage blend that tackles digestion, microbes, and gentle detox in one capsule, this is a solid and mild option.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Good Blend for Digestive Support
I picked this up as a backup for digestive and general wellness support. It’s got a mix of wormwood, black walnut, cloves, and ginger, classic ingredients for gut health and cleansing. There’s a strong herbal smell when you open the bottle, makes me think of wormwood’s old-school connection to absinthe. Van Gogh vibes for sure, but in capsule form. No weird fillers, and you get 150 capsules, so it’s a good value for a clean blend like this.Disclaimer:I received this product for free through the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Cleansing Action!
It was recommended to me by several of my friends to give this product a try. My personal experience has been quite amazing! The effectiveness and efficiency which produces a wonderful cleansing action is most gratifying. My digestion has improved with less urgency and odor, also, my daily movements have been reduced. With better digestive function my energy and enthusiasm has been rekindled – I feel lighter and healthier. The taste is good and the quality is excellent. This is a great value for many reasons, mainly, my health is better.

Product seems decent, but not made in the USA as claimed.
These caps contain a really comprehensive blend of herbs and extracts, and I appreciate that there are no filler ingredients or weird additives. They have a bit of an herbal smell, but no real taste going down, occasionally when they give me burps that have a STRONG clove taste and burn the back of my nose. It’s not the most pleasant, but if I take them with enough food, it doesn’t happen so much. It’s annoying, but hey, I take it to mean the ingredients are fresh. The one thing I’m iffy about is the claim about being made in the USA. There is no mention of this claim on the bottle itself, only in the product listing. There’s an Indian FSSAI license number on the bottle. (FSSAI is essentially India’s version of the FDA). I have no idea why a product made in the US for the US market would have an Indian certification. I contacted the seller to ask about it, and they told me it’s because they source ingredients from India. This makes zero sense because an FSSAI number is only required in India to register products being sold in India. It has nothing to do with ingredient sourcing. I then asked them the name of their manufacturer, and they simply never responded. On top of all that, the address of the seller (“Vital Herbal Official”) is located in Vietnam, and the US address on the bottle is for a random residential apartment complex in LA. Not a particular suite or anything, just…the entire complex. All in all, I have no idea where these are actually made or where the company is based.

Might be a good product for Detox
Might be a good product for Detox, Digestive Health & Immune Function but when I see wormwood, black walnut and clove listed I think of parasite cleanse which they don’t claim at all. This likely wont do much for parasites especially as it is only 1 capsule per day and the powder inside does not taste very potent or anywhere near that compared to what I would consider useful for that. With all the other ingredients it is more so for a general first step in a detox and for general digestive problems. I did check the address of Vital Herbal in LA and it does indeed go to an apartment complex with no unit number, albeit a tiny and quite expensive apartment (720-1150 sqft). I also don’t see any viable certifications either like cGMP. It says “Made in the USA with care and trusted quality” but how do we actually know when it has FSSAI on the bottle which means Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. It may be good stuff after all.

Disappointed This Didn’t Have Worms or Wood
Wormwood and black walnut are good for detoxing.-Made in the USA-3rd party testing-At the time of this writing, the manufacturer has not mentioned on this site whether a GMP certified facility was used. Helping me banish parasites like it’s my part-time job (love the clean fillers)
Got this on Vine in exchange for an honest review — and honestly? I was pumped.I’m doing my first-ever parasite cleanse.I have Lyme disease and I’m recovering from toxic mold, which means I now know way more than I ever wanted to about parasites, wormwood, black walnut, and the many stages of intestinal life I wish I didn’t have to think about bc parasites often show up alongside both Lyme and mold.Vital Herbals is a key piece of my (pretty intense) protocol because it hits the core of what I was looking for: a therapeutic-dose antiparasitic formula that actually makes sense on a clinical level. For context, I’m doing a five-days-on, two-days-off cycle for one month. Then I’ll follow up with a daily tea made from wormwood, clove, and black walnut for two months as maintenance. Vital Herbals isn’t the only thing I’m taking, but it is foundational. The Formula — Not Just Herbal Window DressingThis blend includes the traditional parasite-cleansing trio — wormwood, black walnut, and clove — in real, meaningful doses:Wormwood (550 mg, 10:1 extract)Targets live parasites and larvae. Also stimulates bile production to keep things moving. This is a real therapeutic dose, especially for a once-daily formula.Black Walnut Hull (100 mg, 10:1 extract)Weakens parasite shells, disrupts biofilm, and supports the gut environment for expelling invaders. Supportive on its own, but synergistic when paired with wormwood.Clove (80 mg, 10:1 extract)As far as I could find, this is the only herb that targets eggs. Eugenol disrupts parasite reproduction — a crucial step if you want to break the life cycle, not just knock out adults. It’s often underdosed or left out entirely, so I was glad to see a potent extract here.Together, these three target different parasite life stages:Wormwood = adults and larvaeBlack Walnut = outer shells and microbial nestsClove = eggs and sporesIt’s a coordinated attack — and that’s key.The Supporting IngredientsYou’ll also find garlic, turmeric, ginger, peppermint, oregano oil, papaya seed, and more. These are all fantastic for microbial balance and digestion, but the doses are light. I wouldn’t count on them as standalone treatments — but their presence means no toxic fillers, the importance of, I can’t stress enough! And the black pepper extract rounds it out by increasing absorption. Why I Chose It (and How I’m Using It)This product gives me a solid, focused antiparasitic core — strong enough to matter, clean enough to trust. I’m combining it with binders, gut-soothing herbs, and other antimicrobials. I’m following a five-on, two-off rhythm to avoid overdoing it and giving my gut time to rest and repair with aloe, marshmallow root, and probiotics.I have no idea how it’s going to go. Could be chill, could be wild. But if you’re dealing with chronic illness like Lyme or mold exposure, and suspect parasites may be part of the puzzle, this kind of protocol might be worth exploring. And no, I’m not a doctor, but as a chronic healing girler at home playing detective with a spreadsheet, 23 open PubMed tabs, and a mild obsession with ingredient labels, I’m pumped to use this supplement!

Digestive and Gut health
I ordered this bc I read that wormwood, black walnut, and cloves are used to for parasites cleanse. This product has all 3. Easy to swallow. Came w/ 150 capsules and the dosage is 1 a day so this will last a long time. I also have my family take this supplement.
