The capsules are easy to take
This contains not only Cayenne Pepper, but also Turmeric, Cinnamon, Garlic and Black Pepper, all of which and especially in combination, are highly beneficial. It contains many other supplements as well. See my photo for the full list. The bottle has 150 capsules. The serving size is one capsule daily, so this is a 150 day supply. The price is very reasonable for these capsules. They are easy to swallow, and the combination of supplements can help eliminate the need to purchase these supplements individually. I recommend these! The cap is not childproof.

Great Blend
This supplement is a great blend and was exactly as described, they were in date, and they were not sticking together. The bottle was triple sealed for safety. Be sure to note all the ingredients used in this blend because some of them I was unable to take due to thyroid issues, I didn’t think about checking all of the ingredients used ahead of time. It is recommended that you take 3 pills twice a day for the full potential.

I can’t take capsules so break open and add to protein shake, smoothie or flavored water. I can’t taste it so blends in well.The ingredients are printed really small on the bottle.I’d look on Amazon pic on laptop or take pic and zoom in so it’s easier to see.It gets hard to take so many different capsules for different benefits, so I really like so many great ingredients are in one capsule that help in so many different ways.Also good price for how many you get in one bottle.Was packaged well and expiration date is few years out so that’s good also.It’s great it’s 150 capsules (1 daily)so you can really see the effect over longer period of time.I’ve only taken a couple of days but so far no side effects.
