    Contradictory information on the label and no brand confidence

    I ordered this for the potential of supporting my lean body mass. Unfortunately, I cannot use this product as it has contradictory information regarding dosage and recommended daily use. Reaching out to the manufacturer was no help, and visiting the website erased any trust I had in this product or brand. It did arrive sealed, but I cannot comment on much else since I cannot use a supplement that I do not trust. I don’t know what is actually in this or how much of what or how safe the manufacturer is, and that scares me.

    A highly effective and potent supplement

    I was happy to find this herbal based liposomal HMB supplement recently. I’ve been taking it for some time and can attest that these capsules are quite effective and high quality. They don’t have a noticeable smell or taste, which is a plus to me. They are easy to take with just a small amount of water needed. My muscles have been feeling more at ease since I’ve been taking these, and I’ve noticed that when taking in the morning that they also provide a small energy boost, which is nice for someone who doesn’t use caffeine. I’d say these are a great value if you’re in the market.

    Took a few weeks, but notice a big difference in muscle recovery

    I waited a little while to write my review of the VITAL HERBAL Liposomal HMB with Vitamin D3. So far I really like it, it’s easy to take, no stomach issues, and it seems to help with muscle recovery and overall strength, especially after workouts. Nice bonus having Vitamin D3 included. Solid choice if you’re active and want a little extra support.I did stop taking it for a week to see if there was any change. I’m 58 and did notice that my muscles were a little more fatigued the next day. So, I’m back to taking it daily again and feeling better.

    HMB is associated with muscle benefits like growth, protection, and recovery after exercise. It helps prevent muscle loss as we age. Calcium and Vitamin D are good compliments. I recommend you research this for yourself.This is manufactured in India. From what I read, some facilities in India are associated with side effects. Vital Herbal posted the results of their third party testing on this site for customers to review.-Easy to use, no taste-Made in India-GMP facility-3rd party testing-Able to easily find company website with product and company information-Contact form available for customer supportAt the time of this writing, the price per value is very reasonable for a 50 day supply.I’m not a healthcare professional or expert on supplements.AI was not used to write this review.

    No bad side effects

    I took the recommended dose on these and while I didn’t notice any difference, I didn’t have any bad side effects or bad aftertaste.

    No K2, yet all this D3 and calcium.

    As a 36-year-old woman, I took this HMB with Vitamin D3 consistently for 30 days and overall thought it was a good product. The capsules were easy to swallow, had no unpleasant taste, and I didn’t experience any side effects. I liked that it provides a solid dose of HMB along with 2,000 IU of vitamin D3, and I felt it was reasonably priced for what you get. My only real disappointment is that the formula doesn’t include vitamin K2. Since K2 is commonly paired with D3 to help direct calcium to the bones rather than soft tissues, it feels like a missed opportunity and makes the D3 addition less complete than it could have been. Even with that drawback, I still think it’s a quality supplement overall, but adding K2 would have easily made this a 5-star product for me.

    Great price for 1 gram (1000mg) capsules.Great price for 1 gram (1000mg) capsules.

    I know that the suggested use is a little bit confusing, but it’s the contents list that holds the important information. 3000 MG‘s (which is 3 g) per three capsule serving that means you get 1000 mg ( 1 g) per capsule. This is perfect because the recommended amount is to take 3 g in total per day, but not all at once. Medical advice websites say that in order to work optimally the 3g should be split up into 3 parts. The three capsules will cost $.24, which is much cheaper than almost anything else I could find. Certainly it looked like there were cheaper alternatives, but when you looked at how many pills you would have to take to get the 3 g, they were more expensive.The suggested use says to take one capsule one to two times daily, and it really should be 2 to 3 times daily. But I’m not going take a whole * off for that. I am taking a star off because there’s no third-party testing. I really want third-party testing in my supplements, and I only give five stars when there is third-party testing. So I don’t give many five stars.It’s important to note that not only these will help you if you’re working out, but if you’re sedimentary because you’ve had an operation, these will help you not lose muscle mass. Especially as you age, not losing muscle mass is really important. You don’t have to be working out for these to help you.I’ve taken these for a while, they are easy to take, and didn’t cause any digestive problems. I think they’re a good buy.

    I love using HMB for workout recovery and energy. This one contains a meaningful quantity of HMB and vitamin D in a serving. There are 50 servings per container. Although, the directions lead you to believe that you could get more servings from the bottle. The capsules are virtually tasteless and have no noticeable smell. Seems like a decent quality product that is made here in the USA.
