I have been unable to find R-alpha lipoic-acid without the wrong ingredients added. This one is okay but a high dose, I am supposed to be taking 600 mg so I simply take a quarter of it. Easy to take – no effect
I did not note any impact from using this product. I have one foot that I need to keep a compression sock on to keep comfortable. I am testing various Alpha-Lipo products to determine if anything provides a change. Unfortunately, no noticeable change.

The amount of b vitamin content may be over-doing if it is accurate at all because L-Arginine HCI is listed twice in the nutrition facts. Once at 100 mg and then at 50mg
