    My doctor recommended me to use these patches. I had a gastric surgery 5 years ago and taking multiple pills to get my vitamins in as needed made me sick at my stomach. These have been a life saver to me in getting the vitamins that my body needs.     Took for a year ended up vitamin defencint turns out the molecules are to large to be absorbed by your skin per my doctor and I just had an expensive sticker box

    May work well, BUT does not STICK WELL as all, and bunches with next to no effort to get it on!!!!!!! Waste of money.
