    Better absorption

    Multi-sourced calcium seems to absorb better for me. Have been using for years and really feel a difference from many of the other brands.

    Tamper seals were broken

    The outside clear plastic tamper protection seal was broken and the interior tamper proof protect seal over the mouth of the jar looked like it had been glued on again. Not worth the risk of taking the calcium or the hassle to return them. So they’ll be thrown out. Waste of money.

    Highly digestible – Have taken for years and love it

    I’ve been taking this calcium for years. Have never had any of the problems posted above. I have trouble digesting calcium and this is highly digestible and does not bother my stomach. There’s osteoporosis in my family and the last bone scan was normal which surprised me, and my doctor. I do take this product along with Rainbow Light Everyday Calcium. Together they supply all of the calcium types that are food sourced (best kind) and what you need. I would not take one product without the other. I highly recommend – especially if you have trouble digesting calcium.

    I’ve used this product for years and it is helpful to my skin, bones, etc.I can always physically tell when I run out. (of course my fingernailsbecome long and strong, however, that is not the main reason I usethis product.
