    Organic Bacillus + FOS

    I’ve been looking for a USDA organic approved probiotic that wasn’t overpriced and that’s not easy to find. Most probiotics are grown on conventional media so they won’t qualify for organic certification. I wanted organic so I can trust the source and the organic label also ensures the capsule and FOS prebiotics should be safe too. Not to mention the confidence of no pesticides, fertilizers, or GMOs. And I like knowing that the supplements I take come from a facility that’s inspected and verified so no funny business.So I’m glad that’s covered and the price is quite low. But I’ll admit this still isn’t the perfect probiotic. I like the spore based Bacillus strains since they survive stomach acids better than most, and these are good for regular digestion and reduced bloating and gas. But it’s not a multi strain formula so can’t say this will become my long term daily solution. This is considered a women’s probiotic but has no lactobacillus strains which offer other female specific benefits that’s I’d like to see as well.     Great Women’s Probiotic

    I absolutely love this brand and the probiotics have been a helpful addition to my daily routine. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the formula is targeted to women’s needs. I noticed less bloating and more regular digestion, especially on heavier meal nights. The product was gentle on my stomach. The quality is great and formula is well thought out.The packaging is straightforward, and the capsules didn’t have any strong smell, taste or aftertaste.Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking to support gut health and balance. Effective, easy to use, and an excellent value for daily wellness.

    Didn’t meet my needs, but it may meet yours

    I started taking this probiotic for women and I honestly did not find it to be very effective for me. I appreciate the fact that it is organic and I had high hopes that it would be something that would be effective for me. I know that all probiotics are not the same and the different types of biome in the supplements just work differently for different people. but I didn’t find this one effective for myself. This was maybe slightly helpful. I also wasn’t sure if this should be refrigerated or not after opening most probiotics I have found usually tell you that you should refrigerate after opening. and I couldn’t find anywhere that said it needed to be refrigerated so I was uncertain about this. I do find that they print on a lot of these bottles are very small and so I could have missed this instruction. I did take the dosing as I instructed and I consider taking an extra dose to see if maybe that would help but I did not. The bloating for me is the biggest problem and so I judge the effectiveness of the probiotic based on how bloated and gassy I feel after taking it over several days. Unfortunately this one did not work for me as well as I hoped. That doesn’t mean it won’t work for somebody else, since we all have different needs, in any case it was a good value and I think it was well worth trying.

    There is quite a bit to like about this probiotic, particularly for someone looking for a women-focused formula that goes beyond simply putting a generic probiotic blend into a neutral tasteless capsule. One of the strongest aspects for me is the formulation itself. Rather than relying on just one probiotic strain, this uses a combination that includes Bacillus Subtilis, Bacillus Clausii, and Bacillus Coagulans, along with organic FOS prebiotic fiber. I like the idea of combining probiotics with a prebiotic component in the same product instead of having to purchase them separately. The USDA Organic certification is another meaningful positive. With so many supplements making broad quality claims, an actual organic certification provides an additional level of reassurance. I also appreciate that the formula is vegan, gluten-free, free of preservatives, and avoids a number of common allergens including soy, milk, egg, shellfish, corn, wheat, and peanuts. For anyone who reads supplement labels carefully, those details matter. From a practical standpoint, the capsules are convenient and make this very easy to incorporate into a regular routine. A probiotic is only useful if you can take it consistently, and I prefer a straightforward capsule product like this over powders or complicated multi-step regimens. The digestive-support focus also makes sense. Probiotics are something I view as a gradual wellness product rather than an overnight solution, so I prefer to evaluate them based on overall digestive comfort, regularity, tolerance, and how I feel over time rather than expecting some dramatic immediate reaction. This formula has given me a very favorable overall impression in those areas. I also like that the product is specifically designed with women in mind, including digestive and microbiome support during different stages of adulthood. That gives it a more purposeful feel than many one-size-fits-all probiotic products. Quality control is another important consideration with supplements, and I was pleased to see the emphasis on GMP manufacturing and U.S. standards. Most importantly, I think this formula offers a very good balance of quality, convenience, thoughtful ingredients, dietary compatibility, and value. It combines multiple probiotic strains with prebiotic support, avoids a long list of unnecessary ingredients and common allergens, and remains simple enough for everyday use. I never expect a dietary supplement to perform miracles, and I think probiotics in particular should be evaluated over time. But as a comprehensive women’s probiotic with a well-considered ingredient profile and strong quality credentials, this one has impressed me. Five stars for formulation, ingredient quality, ease of use, digestive and gut-wellness support, dietary compatibility, manufacturing standards, overall presentation, and value.

    I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes aobut half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last 30 days.The expiration date on mine is May 2028.The capsules have virtually no scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says organic, non-GMO, formulated in the USA (which often means manufactured elsewhere, but the product information page says made in USA and 3rd-party tested), and has a GMP stamp. They are also partners with Vitamin Angels, which is a plus for me.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle (and website), along with the website address. Their BuyPeakPerformance site is functional and informative, and includes a video by the founder.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but this looks like a good blend, and I have had good results with Peak Performance in the past.     This probiotic has a lot going for it. First of all, I don’t usually comment on the packaging or design of the product, but it is very aesthetically pleasing. I really like that it is all organic. Bacillus clausii is a spore-forming probiotic bacterium used to support gut health, prevent diarrhea, and modulate the immune system. This spore-forming ability allows it to survive the acidic environment of the stomach and reach the intestines alive, where it germinates into metabolically active cells to colonize the gut. The Organic FOS (Fructooligosaccharides) is a natural, prebiotic dietary fiber derived from plants that supports digestive health and enhances gut microbiota.When looking at a supplement, it is so nice to see the GMP certification. GMP-Certified means it has strict standards and is tested by a third party so the ingredients they say are in the product are actually in the product.The only concern regarding this supplement is the Organic Maltodextrin added to the Probiotic Blend. Maltodextrin is a common food additive in processed food. It is highly processed and closely related to corn syrup solids. Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index and can spike your blood sugar. I have been looking at labels to avoid maltodextrin (check out what Dr. Berg has to say about it) so it would have been nice if another product could have been used to complete this blend. Because of this, I won’t continue to purchase this product.

    I really like this probiotic. I appreciate that. It has multiple strains of probiotics in it. The organic probiotic blend contains 1 billion CFU. I like that it is a GMP product, formulated in the USA, and made with non-GMO ingredients. It says that it is certified organic. You receive 60 capsules in the bottle and the recommended dosage is two capsules per day, so this will last you about one month. I have had no negative impacts from taking it. It feels very gentle on my stomach and is tolerated well. The capsules are also easy to swallow. The expiration date was great, it was almost 2 years out from receiving it. I also like that the bottle is darken color to prevent sun spoilage. Considering the quality, that it is organic, certified, and what you are receiving, I think it is a great value for the money as many other similar probiotic products are much higher cost. I have included a photo of the back of the bottle for reference of ingredient and other important information. I hope this review is helpful to someone.
