Ditch the messy powder—incredibly convenient, but check the dosage!
The Good:First off, they are incredibly easy on the stomach. I usually get a bit of bloating with standard powders, but I’ve had zero issues with these. The capsules are easy to swallow, completely tasteless, and it’s so nice to just throw the bottle in my bag when traveling. The branding feels high-quality and transparent, which gives me peace of mind.The Catch:My only real complaint is the serving size. One serving is 4 capsules, but that only gives you 3,000mg (3g) of creatine. If you are trying to hit the standard clinical dose of 5g a day for workout recovery, you actually need to take 6 or 7 pills.Verdict:If you’re a casual user or taking it for cognitive health, the 3g dose is probably fine and the 50-day supply is a steal for $13.59. But if you’re hitting the gym hard and need a full 5g daily, just know you’ll burn through the bottle a bit faster than expected. Still, the convenience is worth the extra couple of bucks!

This is a top quality Creatine supplement.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is excellent- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven’t seen a finished product COA yet)- This brand however, has an excellent track record of passing 3rd party lab testing for other productsI haven’t had any problem taking these, and feel this is a great quality brand. I trust their products, and this Creatine is one of my go to choices for quick Creatine on the go. Definitely recommended.

High serving size
I have been taking creatine monohydrate for years and I have taken it in supplemental form before. However, this supplement has a serving size of 4 capsules which are medium sized each. It’s not convenient since there’s so many capsules but it does go down with enough water. Another good thing is that there is no weird smell or taste, so it’s been easy to stay consistent. I have been taking this supplement for 3 weeks and I like it. It’s been fitting well in my supplemental routine, and I look forward to finishing the supply.

I’ve been taking these creatine capsules as part of my daily routine, and I have to admit I was a little skeptical about what I would actually notice. I’m not using them specifically for bodybuilding, so I was more interested in whether I would notice any difference in general energy and how I felt after being physically active.After using them consistently, I do feel like I’ve noticed less fatigue after working, particularly on days when I’m doing more physical work. It’s not a dramatic “night and day” difference, but I seem to recover a little better and don’t feel quite as wiped out afterward. I’ve also noticed what seems like a slight improvement in my mental sharpness and cognitive energy, although that’s much harder to quantify and could certainly be subjective.I really like the capsule format. I’ve used powdered creatine before, and having to measure it out and mix it into something every day is just one more step. These are much easier to keep in my daily routine, especially when I’m away from home.Each serving provides 3,000 mg of micronized creatine monohydrate, and the formula is straightforward without a bunch of unnecessary ingredients. The capsules are also easy to take, with 50 servings per bottle. I haven’t notice & taste, odor, etc. Just down the throat & done.So far, I’m happy with these. As far as effeciveness, The biggest thing I’ve noticed is a possible reduction in fatigue after physical work, with what may be a small bonus in mental sharpness. I wouldn’t claim that everyone will experience the same results, but based on my experience, I’ll continue taking them. They also cost less than other supplements I’ve purchased, so for 50 days worth, they seem like a decent value.

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 85% full, which is pretty good nowadays.If used as directed it will last 50 days (3g per day).The expiration date on mine is Dec 2028.The capsules have a very light scent and taste which are not unpleasant, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says 3rd-party tested, non-GMO, and made in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. I like websites to have a phone number, or at least a chat feature, and theirs has the latter. Their typezerohealth site is functional and informative, and I like what I see about the experience and sincerity of the founder (you can learn about him at their site), plus I trust their integrity.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I have used multiple supplements from this company have had good results with creatine in general. I just wish they didn’t include the some of the fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.I hope that information was helpful; thank you for reading.

I had been using creatine monohydrate as part of a tub mix of multi ingredients (from another manufacturer) which seemed mainly focused on and for people doing heavy duty workouts. Well, that’s not me. It was suggested to me to add creatine to my supplements because it could help with muscle and mental stress after stressful events. And a lot of people as soon as they hit their mid 30’s start taking it just to stay sharp. As usual, find out what your needs are from your health care professional and act accordingly. For me I wanted to move away from a mix that had multiple ingredients in it and just use a “clean” product. So type zero fits that bill. Capsules are large and I’m sure for people who like swallowing pills they go down good but I prefer to mix my creatine in a smoothie. You get 200 pills in this bottle for a good price. How long this lasts for you of course depends on how much you’ve been advised to take. Since I mix this into a smoothie i haven’t been able to detect any noticeable taste good or otherwise. I use a nutribullet mixer so this mixes very well. I don’t use creatine for workouts so I can’t really compare this product with my former mixture but I do think it is just as effective in helping recovery time from a lot of physical exertion which I’ve had to deal with this last week. And like I said, I very much prefer having a single ingredient option instead of taking some mixture which you don’t really have control over all the nutritional elements in the mix. Based on the price and the quantity/quality of the supplements, I would definitely buy again.
