This is my first time taking Tudca. I initially bought this bottle because of the price as well as the extra herbs in this blend. I was bloating so horribly before my birthday when I got my bottle of Tudca. I started taking them and that intense bloating went away. I took it for a few months and ran out. I was so broke I couldn’t get more which was a HUGE mistake. The bloating came back full force. I looked like I was 8 months pregnant after meals!!! My step dad thankfully bought me more and since I’ve been taking it for a few weeks once again the bloat has reduced greatly!!!! I WILL NOT allow myself to run out again because this stuff is the real deal!!!! The only downside is that 1 out of the 3 bottles I’ve ordered had busted capsules and the whole inside of the bottle was covered with powder. As listed in other reviews that seems to be a common issues so be aware that may happen. Thankfully my fiest and most recent bottle were fine.

No negative side effects for me at all, I usually take one capsule when I get up in the morning.Along with a Tbsp of vinegar in a glass of water, and a Tbsp of EV Olive Oil, along with CoQ10 supplement.

CAPSULES NOT WHAT THEY’RE *CRACKED* UP TO BE
Well, I WAS looking forward to getting my bottle of SAIKOU HERBS TUDCA, but alas, one of the capsules had cracked open, spilling the brown powdery contents all over the inside of the bottle (see photos). The seal was still intact – a good thing – but now I had to dump it all out, wipe off the capsules, rinse out the bottle and let it all dry, then re-fill the bottle again. 😠😠😠 The rest of the capsules seem to be intact, but at this point, my skeptical “Spidey Sense” is taking over. From other reviews, this seems to be a trend with this product, not a good thing. Since I only just received this item, it remains to be seen how the product actually works, and I will edit my review as needed!
