The grape flavor tastes like a watery dimatapp. It’s not gross but definitely not tasty. I had to chug some water after to wash it down. for the couple of weeks that i’ve used it, i’ve noticed small but subtle improvements in my energy. i’m not losing inches off of my waist but i do notice less puffiness. At a price of under $20 it can be a great addition to your supplement program and cheaper if you use subscribe and save.
