A little chewy but do a great job.
I got these because I needed a multivitamin with iron at my dermatologist recommendation. I can’t take pills so it was hard to find one that fit the bill. This one did and it tastes great. I do worry I’ll loose a crown because they are gummy but I’m letting them desolve in my mouth and that helps. Most importantly though, my hair has quit falling out since I started these.
