What about my attention here was the fact that this is a 5-month supply for a good price. There touting the fact that this has black pepper in it. I’ve never heard of that ingredients in beneficial in this way (they’re claiming it helps with absorption), but it’s really doesn’t hurt. It’d be great if it helped. But again like I said the fact that I’m getting a 5-month supply here is the real draw for me. These are easy to swallow too and there is no weird aftertaste or pepperiness from black pepper extract.

A lot of pills for a relatively low price
*The following is my personal experience with the supplement. Always consult your doctor before adding any supplements into your diet regimen. Never take medical advice from random online people.*I’ve provided a couple of photos to show the overall size and thickness of the pill. I’d say the size of this pill is about standard for supplements that come in capsule form. Having said that, I can’t for the life of me swallow any pill larger than an aspirin, so what I do is I look for chewable forms of supplementation (which are usually the most expensive forms, maybe besides liquid) or I order capsules and empty the contents into applesauce, provided that they’re not timed released. This bottle of CoQ-10 doesn’t state that the pills are timed released, so I went with the applesauce method. The powder has almost no taste and once it’s mixed up into my applesauce, it’s virtually impossible to tell that there is even any powder in it.As far as any noticeable results go, I think it’s too soon to tell. I will take the recommended dose for the full 5 months and reassess then. As of now, I giving the product a tentative 5/5 stars, taking in consideration of how many pills you get for the low price of the bottle. Also for the fact that the supplement is packaged and certified in the USA. I will update my review if I experience any negative or positive changes while taking this supplement.
