    I have had to use iron for years. The Doctors told me to use iron that is 28 mgs or lower which I have done and my tummy has been happy ever since. Plus I feel better, stronger and more energetic.

    I can’t seem to absorb many common iron supplements. These are very affordable, and the ten in one shot gun approach is the ONLY iron supplement that cured my anemia, and it hasn’t returned. TYVM!
