I have had the opportunity to try out a few different probiotics over the years. While I cannot say that I have had any bad experiences with any of them, I do see that some may provide more benefit than others. The challenge is in the balance between a good product at a comfortable price. I have tried products on both ends of the spectrum. While my results may have been good with more expensive products, the question was did I really need to spend $50 a month when $20 would be fine.After reading several articles and reviews about many different products, I quickly learned that there is much debate, everyone has a preference, and there may even be some misconceptions about what to look for in a probiotic. After recent digestive surgery and both my GI and surgeon strongly recommending I take probiotics daily, I decided to seek a product that would work well and not break the bank. Terranics has been great!While I am no expert when it comes to all of this stuff, I did learn along the way that there is much hype about the numbers of CFUs in a product, with ranges from 2 to 100 billion. While many think that more is better (this makes sense), two different intestinal specialists shared the same thing as the research. Look for the number of strains in the product first. It was shared with me that 10 was a minimum, and now perhaps more is better. When you consider products with multiple strains and a high CFU, the number of product choices narrows down a bit. Many lower-cost products have fewer strains but may boast about a high number of CFUs. Some will have large strains, but low CFUs. It can be difficult to find both, at a reasonable price.I have found Trranics to be one of the better products I have found. I first tried the product a month ago, having ordered them from Amazon the day before being discharged from the hospital after colon surgery. I started taking them when I got home. While in the hospital, I had a lot of time to read articles and reviews. After all, how much day time TV can one watch? The reviews were good, the price was good, and thought I would give it a try. I have been very pleased with the results. Within about 5 days of being discharged, things had returned to normal in terms of digestion. My docs too were impressed with how I progressed so rapidly, as constipation and diarrhea are typical challenges post-op. Yes, I did have some initially (as anticipated), but it was minimal and I was feeling much better the week after surgery. I was thrilled with this, as it was suggested that I could have these issues for several weeks to perhaps months post-op. In fact, at the first sign of constipation, I was advised to use Miralax. In anticipation of this being a regular issue, I got the large bottle. One month later, I have used just one serving. I am confident that these probiotics have helped to make sure things are moving as they should with virtually no issues.I have continued to use the product every day, I generally take 2-3 capsules a day, at different times of the day. While it may be just fine to take 2 at a time, I think it may be best to split your dosage and I sometimes take with meals three times a day. I am happy with my results, so why not ensure a healthy gut.As I got low on product, I ventured to the local fresh food market to explore some alternatives. I quickly learned that similar products were double or more in price. It was easy to see that this is a good value. I am thrilled with the results and the price makes it affordable to take as suggested. I have now ordered more and plan to use regularly.

I like this product.It does not need to be refrigerated so I can keep it at my nightstand.I was Prescribed Amoxicillin for Blepharitis.I had not taken Antibiotics for 2 years but it was necessary.The Probiotic is easy to take-swallow and causes no ill effects. I had been feeling “run down” since the last time I had taken a Probiotic but during the Summer I had to keep it refrigerated which is an inconvenience but not with Terranics! I am able to keep them close by abd during the course of my Antibiotics I never had any of the “side” effects you get. I am going to keep taking this Probiotic forever because I noticed a lot of other benefits-I mean real ones! I’m sorry I lapsed into thinking I could get by without a Probiotic but I was SO Wrong! This product-especially for Women is more important than any other Supplement you take.Think about your “gut health” and do some research as you will be surprised at how important the adding of a Probiotic is! Great Probiotic!
A probiotic was recommended by my gastroenterologist. I came across Terranics and loved all the positive reviews. I think the price point is fair for how many you get in a bottle. I am also happy to see other products on their website as I am looking into a good magnesium supplement. Thank you for making pure and true products. I highly recommend.UPDATED REVIEW: I still love this probiotic; however, when approaching my doctor about bloating issues she recommended a different probiotic because there is one ingredient the Terranics brand does not have that other probiotics do. I switched for a bit and honestly was severely constipated from another brand. I will deduct one star just for the bloating issue I am still experiencing, but have returned to Terranics because it really helps.

60 BILLION TIMES BETTER
I’m a 250LB guy with a cast-iron stomache. I also have debilitating chronic Lyme disease and a touch of high blood pressure, so everything I got hurts most of the time. Other than that, I’m in pretty good health.In the past, my stomache has never had a problem with low-dose anti-biotics or my blood pressure meds, until I recently started on a ever-changing super anti-biotic regimen to treat the Lyme. This makes bathroom trips much more frequent and sudden, I guess due to abnormal bacteria levels in my GI track. Although I take a fiber supplement with my meds, it didn’t help the trips to the Jon. My Dr. suggested I try a Probiotic to firm things up a bit, so I rushed down to Walmart and got their brand of 20 Billion CFU probiotic. It wasn’t enough, so I went on-line and found not only the best bang for the buck in a probiotic, but the cure for something I don’t even want to think about. Terranics saved me from running to the bathroom every 15-30 minutes. This stuff is great and my stomache is back to its old self.

I tried a few different brands this one was the best for me. I have colitis and this one stop the symptoms. It has 60 billion CFUs, 19 specially selected probiotic strains. Terranics is said to be as one of the best on the market, and it’s reasonably priced . 8/30/20 I just received I believe my 4th bottle, I only take one a day each bottle last me 2 months. (60 ct) still getting the same results no symptoms. I love this product💕11/6/20, I am still using this product with same results as I started, it’ s great. I signed up for automatic delivery. The best probiotic I have tried
I was looking for a complex probiotic blend supplement and I think I have found it. The most important must-have probiotics for me are: L.bulgaricus which is my number #1 probiotic that I also receive through consuming Bulgarian youghurt but sometimes this yogurt is hard to find so I really needed to find a probiotic blend that has it. The second #2 probiotic for me is L.Acidiphilus which helps me with bloating and metabolism. I had my gut flora wiped out by a one time horrible antibiotic treatment for sinus infection two and a half years ago which left me with the worst bloating, weight gain, fatigue and sluggishness. I have tried numerous probiotic supplements in the hopes they would help me in regrowing my gut flora back to normal. This supplement has everything I could ask for I’m happy I found it. I already lost weight and have less bloating! I also like that there is no magnesium stearate as an extra ingredient and that it is free of preservatives. With 19 probiotic strains and a total of 60billion CFUs and no need for refrigeration I am sold on it.
