Works as anticipated. I’m very sensitive and anxious to take medication and supplements (besides gummy vitamins) because I’m scared of side effects. Had a mild yeast infection for the first time. I tried this out and so far it’s done great, my bloating has gone down, itchy scalp/skin has gone, yeast infection gone, and my bowel movements are more balanced (often I have constipation).I only took 1 a day with breakfast with lots of water for a few weeks. Now I just take it as maintenance after having sex, or for a few days before or during my period as that’s the time I start feeling off.

EXCELLENT FOR FIGHTING CANDIDA!!
I was crushed when Twinlab discontinued their Yeast Fighter product, which I had used for decades. Someone recommended CanDefense, and I am THRILLED with the results! It has Caprylic Acid, Garlic Bulb, and Probiotics, which are essential antifungals for fighting candida.. I will DEFINITELY buy this again, and keep it in my medicine cabinet for future use. Love the supplement/ hate the smell and taste
I love this brand and have taken them for years throughout my pregnancies but the smell and taste have become unbearable and make me nauseous to the point that I can no longer stomach them.

Amazing product! It got rid of oral thrush in less than a week that had been persistent through other treatment’s. Consistently using it is key, and make sure you take it with food because it can cause some bloating/belly upset while the excess candida is killed off, but once you take it for awhile, those side effects go away! It has helped with my fungal acne, as well! If you research the ingredients, each is a powerhouse for yeast overgrowth and squelching the sugar cravings that go along with it. There are probiotics included in it as well. I will always have on hand for flare ups of candida overgrowth, wherever they might be on or in my body!

I didn’t really use these for candida as much as for an overall “tonic”. I loved the ingredients and was having some sugar issues and gut issues and decided to give these a try. I keep them on hand now for viruses and general maintenance. Candida is generally a bigger issue for females, so I feel it helps me prevent yeast infections. I haven’t had any side effects from taking these, and I have felt a decrease in sugar cravings and bloating.I took an entire bottle of them for 30 days and then bought a second bottle for maintenance.
