    Love this, my microbiome has been off for YEARS, to the point where I was afraid to leave the house, lest I be too far from a safe bathroom. I was even afraid to have sex, because I didn’t trust my digestive track to keep it to itself. I was bloated and in pain every day.     Check your expiration dates when ordering supplements. I didn’t when I received it but later discovered it was almost a year over the expiration date. Otherwise, I have purchased these before and they work great.
