Love it – no weird after taste
The Longevity supplement exceeded my expectations. It’s excellently formulated, clean ingredients, and effective when used every day. If you’re investing in your long-term health and want something that supports your body at the cellular level, this is 100% worth trying. Highly recommended!

Don’t Believe the Label
I researched the risk and benefit of this supplement. The main risk is liver damage. This is documented for green tea, turmeric, and ashwagandha. The main benefit is life extension, but that benefit is unproven and probably unlikely. The NIH work only looked at mice, and only found a small median mouse age increase, no upper end age increases.So, the blend is likely ineffective for longevity, costs a lot per capsule (over $1 per day), and provides no other benefits for pain relief, strength, or energy levels. There are many better ways to increase longevity, like diet, exercise, and certain drugs. You should look at those areas first.

I just started using this product not long ago and can highly recommend it. I feel different. I feel better. More energetic. Not sure if that one of the benefits, but it has been for me. I am looking forward to seeing what else unfolds with its usage.

Good ingredients, no side effects
This supplement has a formulary of ingredients that are associated with maintaining brain health and overall aid in aging. I’ve found that I do seem to accomplish more during the day and I don’t seem to experience that mid-afternoon slump, which is helpful. The capsules are about standard size and have caused no side-effects. They are edging toward the high side pricewise for this type of supplement, but if the benefits outweigh the cost they’re worth it,

I recently started taking Turmeric upon advice from my doctor and I have been taking Ashwagandha for a few months off and on as well. This Longevity Daily from Superior Formulas has a proprietary blend of those items as well as Milk Thistle, Green Tea extract, and Bacopa monnieri and Astaxanthin (per the supplement facts). They are in capsule form and I do not find them to be too large. The bottle is nice; there was a shrink wrap on the outside of the lid as well as a safety seal underneath it. Something I think is important. As of this writing the cost-per-day works out to be just under $1.20 per day. 3 out of 5 stars. I hope this review is helpful to you.

High quality supplement
I started taking this formula as part of my long-term health routine, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. Quality Ingredients
