Health Risk- Anecdotal Review
DO NOT BUY THIS.This was a product that was started a month and a half ago. While it did help with insomnia, the liver toxicity isn’t worth it. The liver toxicity along with multiple episodes of dizziness was contributed to this supplemental after various and strenuous medical work ups. I took this supplement as indicated but it caused very concerning side effects. This product is not safe.

The benefits! What i have noticed… weight loss, less stress, easier to get to sleep at night, the bottom # on my blood pressure is below 100 now. It tastes pretty good too, really sweet. I’ll be ordering again.
