Large caplets but time release is worth it.
I take Vitamin C as an immune booster. This is a large caplet, which is typical for Vitamin C, but I found it easy to swallow. It does have a bit of a tart taste. This particular product is beneficial because it is time-release, which should help minimize any side effects from taking too much Vitamin C at once. I appreciate that I can receive the benefits throughout the day without needing to take it multiple times. The recommended dosage is one caplet daily, preferably taken with a meal. Mine has a long expiration date of April 2027 and is free from many common allergens, such as wheat and milk.

I have to take Vitamin C to help with a medical condition, and the larger doses really mess with my digestive track. When I saw the “time release” in the product description I thought I would give these a try. They work much better for me than other Vitamin C supplements that I have tried in the past. I have not experienced the usual side effects that I suffer from when taking a 1000 mg dose. The time release option seems to make a huge difference and it is nice to be able and get the amount my doctor asked me to take and not have the problems that came along with it until now. I am definitely sticking with this supplement.

This works well. I just need one per day. Does the job. Easily digestible. Not TOO big. I’m sensitive and I have no issues swallowing.

They’re high-quality, all-natural, and easy to take—plus, they’re gentle on my sensitive stomach. I’ve had no nausea, indigestion, heartburn, or any other side effects that I often get from supplements. I can take them with or without food.Over the past month, I’ve actually noticed some positive changes. My joint inflammation has been noticeably lower, which could be a benefit of the rose hips.
