Pleasant taste, dissolves quickly
I prefer taking sublinguals as a way to take B12. I wasn’t sure about this brand, but it’s just as good as the name-brand B12 I’ve taken in the past. Each tablet delivers 6000mcg of B-12. All you do is stick it under your tongue, and let it dissolve. You don’t need to take it with water or chew it. It is a small tablet and dissolves quickly. It’s a berry flavor and very pleasant with no aftertaste. I’ll be buying more in the future.

Dissolves quickly
The flavor of these is ok, not bad but wouldn’t say it’s great. They dissolve very quickly in your mouth within 30 seconds. The bottle is so big for the amount of pills in it. It looks almost empty so it would be nice if they increased the amount of pills or decreased size of bottle to avoid waste.

Fast dissolve, slightly chalky aftertaste.
These tablets do dissolve pretty fast, esp if you help them along by chewing them. However, the raspberry pink color does get stuck in your teeth and saliva, so I usually brush after taking it in the morning. The taste is very berry flavored and not unpleasant, but they are slightly chalky tasting as well. Berry chalk. ha But at least they do dissolve fast as stated! I haven’t noticed any significant improvements in my energy level since starting this, but haven’t noticed any adverse effects either so that’s good. I will continue taking these for an extra boost of b12, and the price for a 30 day supply is really reasonable!
