Fish Oil Complex Supplement
I take a fish oil supplement regularly and needed more. I saw these, so I thought I’d try them. This bottle comes with 60 soft gels. Surprisingly, these soft gels are not huge compared to other fish oil gels I’ve taken in the past. These soft gels are made in an FDA inspected/registered facility to meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. The bottle comes dual sealed (one on the top of the bottle and one on the neck of the bottle). The daily recommended dose on the bottle is 2 soft gels, so this is a month’s supply for me. I like how these soft gels have not only DHA/EPA, but they have vitamin D, vitamin E, Co-Q-10, and lipase in them. These soft gels don’t give me “fishy burps” like some have in the past. Overall, I’m pleased with this supplement. The price is a little bit steep in my opinion.

Effective, high quality and powerful formula
This OMEGA XTS supplement packs the powerful doses of Omega 3 Fatty Acids along with vitamins D3 and E, with Coenzyme Q-10 and the digestive enzyme Lipase for breaking down dietary fats, wow! For me personally, the lipase enclosed with the heavy artillery of fat-soluble vitamins is a huge deal-maker. The list of ingredients is impressive, and their health benefits are well researched and documented. This supplement complex formula is really good and proved effective for me! The 1280 mg dose of Omega-3 is what my doctor recommended. This powerful Omega-3 formula enhanced with vitamins D3 and E and Coenzyme Q-10 is a staple in my daily routine. Powerful formula for heart and vascular health, it delivers additional benefits for bone health, supports immune system and cell health with its antioxidant power of vitamin E.Everything is clearly labeled and described, the ingredient list, the manufacturing standards. I appreciate the quality source and minimal other ingredients to make this convenient to use and to protect the super nutrient content. The size of the capsule is really small and the daily dose of 2 softgels is still easy to handle daily. For me personally, this is a huge plus, as the number of supplements I take daily poses a challenge already. So, the less number of pills I take and the more compact they are, the easier it is on my stomach and digestion.I appreciated that this supplement is made in an FDA inspected and registered facility to meet the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelinesI believe that this company makes a nice quality product. Well-established trustworthy manufacturers. I am happy with their product effectiveness

Fish Oil AND CoQ10 In One Soft Gel? Yes, Please.
I currently take fish oil and CoQ10 as part of my daily stack, so getting them both in one capsule was already a win.The product arrived clean and pure. The cap was shrink-wrapped and the inner safety seal was intact. The soft gels are oversized, but typical size for most fish oil supplements. The casing is dark, which helps the ingredients from degrading in sunlight. I always look for dark colored capsules for that one reason. Easy to swallow thanks to a slick shell. The fish oil is derived from anchovy, so yes…there is a seriously fishy odor when you pop open the lid. No real taste, aftertaste or fish burps. Just an anchovy blast to the nose. A total 2032 mg dosage of Omega 3, DHA and EPA makes this equal to many of the name brand extra-strength options. As with any supplements, results are so subjective. I have always seen good results from consistent use of fish oil. My skin looks healthy and my beat up gym joints feel a little more lubed up. I got the same results with this brand and the CoQ10 was an awesome bonus. I’ve become a big fan of Stop Aging Now and their products. Packaged in the USA in an FDA facility. GMP certificate and lab tested. If you take any of the supplements included in this bottle, getting them all in one soft gel will make your daily stack so much easier to swallow…pun intended. Would recommend giving Stop Aging Now a try.

Convenient Complex of Fish Oil and CoQ10, No Aftertaste
If you’ve been following my reviews, you know that I have been taking fish oil and CoQ10 for quite some time. Recently, I discovered that Stop Aging Now offers a Fish Oil Complex that combines both supplements into a single capsule, so I decided to order it and give it a try.The manufacturer claims that the Stop Aging Now Fish Oil Complex is a nutritional supplement containing omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) sourced from premium cold-water fish oil. This product is designed to support heart and overall health, and it is produced in an FDA-inspected facility that adheres to stringent quality manufacturing standards. Each bottle contains 60 soft gels, which is a month’s supply. This complex includes omega-3 fatty acids that promote heart health, brain function, and reduce inflammation. While the brand name, Stop Aging Now, suggests an anti-aging treatment, it’s important to understand that its primary focus is on supporting heart, brain, and joint health—all of which are connected to the aging process. In addition to omega-3s, the complex also contains CoQ10. This combination offers dual support for heart health and cellular wellness.I haven’t noticed any significant differences between this product and the store-brand fish oil and CoQ10 that I usually take. The main advantage I see is the convenience of having both in one capsule. Fish oil can leave an aftertaste, but with this brand, I haven’t experienced any unpleasant flavors. It has a comparable price to other fish oil capsules on the market. Overall, I like this product and would recommend it to my friends and followers.

Strong smell
This vitamins smell very strong like fish, something to be expected because what they are made of is anchovy which is one of the best sources of omega. They do give fish after taste and burping, I take mine at night to avoid those side effects. The size of the pill is large and for a health middle age person is hard to swallow. The price is fair considering that the container last a month.

Pills have a slight fishy smell
The Stop Aging Now Fish Oil Complex Softgels come in a plastic bottle with a flip top lid that makes it easy to dispense one at a time. The fish oil comes from anchovies which probably explains why the softgels have a slight fishy smell to them, more so than others I have taken that are a combination of anchovy, sardines, and mackerel. These fish oil softgels are enhanced with CoQ10, Vitamin D3 & Vitamin E. I have good results taking fish oil pills daily to help with my dry eyes.

I like the addition of vitamin E and lipase
I broke open a capsule and to smell and taste. As far as I can tell, the quality is good. The odor is mostly rosemary. The flavor is strongly rosemary and moderately fishy. The flavor is fresh, with no rancidity or “off” flavors or smells. This contains ubiquinone, the oxidized, less active version of CoQ10. Ability to convert ubiquinone declines with age, so if you’re older and CoQ10 is a priority, look for a supplement with unoxidized “ubiquinol” form.I’m happy to see the inclusion of rice bran oil, which contains the natural version of vitamin E: mixed tocopherols. Omega-3 fats are delicate by nature and will oxidize over time, both in the bottle and in the body. Vitamin E neutralizes any resulting free radicals, so they don’t damage your body.Lipase is new to me, and I had to look it up. It’s an enzyme that frees the omega-3 fats from their triglyceride backbone, availing the fats for absorption by the gut lining. Lipase isn’t a necessary ingredient, but it might be helpful for those with pancreatic conditions or a motility issue like in SIBO or IBS. Lipase could be helpful for those with difficulty gaining weight. For best absorption, these gels should be taken with a fat containing meal. The 25 mcg of vitamin D3 is the equivalent of 1000 IU D3. If you’re taking multiple supplements with vitamin D, keep in mind that the upper limit (TUL) is 4000 IU for long term use. Vitamin D toxicity can occur when taken at 10k IU for long term. These gels are on the larger side at 1″ x 3/8″. I can swallow them pretty well with a gulp of water, though they do get caught occasionally in my esophagus and work their way down. The gelatin is of bovine origin, so these pills are not suitable for strict pescatarians. The capsules are dark brown to reduce ultraviolet damage to the fats. The shelf life appears to be 2 years with the expiration date marked on the bottle.
