Must take if you have Bone Density problems
I am totally impressed with this product. I had Osteopenia for years and finally went over to Osteoporosis. That scared me and I researched what to do. My Endocrinologist wanted me to take Reclast, but I was afraid of the Osteonecrosis of the Jaw side affect. One person I spoke to told me she got the jaw side affect and took this product for year and her jaw bone was totally regenerated, much to the surprise of her doctors. So, I tried it for a year – two packets a day (morning and night) for 3 months and then 1 packet a day after that. After one year, my numbers went from -2.5 to -2.0 and I am very happy. I was just in a severe car accident and got 4 hairline fractures in my lumbar spine. If I had not been taking Bone Heath, I think the fractures would have been much worse. I am continuing to take this and tell all my friends about it (we are all in 60s + age group).

I was surprised how well this helped me.
My knees were hurting and my Dr wanted me to go on Prolia. I have seen terrible consequences from this medication. I researched natural remedies and found this. Within two weeks I could see a difference. Within a month I could run up and down stairs. The stiffness in my joints has eased tremendously. I am so grateful I found this. It is a bit expensive, but I feel well worth it.

Can’t return these disgusting tasting bone supplements!
I can’t believe I just spent almost $150.00 on these bone supplements which have the most disgusting flavor. The 3 Calcifood tablets must be chewed not swallowed. AND I can’t return them, to boot! So if you’re thinking of purchasing these, I would steer you in any other direction. These are awful!!! They do not deserve any rating stars at all!

No noticeable difference
Been using this product for the past year. Do not seem to notice any particular difference compared to other bone health products, which I purchase.Reliable manufacture, for good vitamins. This is not outstanding for bone, health, comparatively speaking, this doesn’t stand the test of time for the price point.
