    Does the job, but blech

    It certainly works, but it smells kind of like urine and it’s rough going down. I’m going to finish this batch and go back to the more expensive TwinLab version, which is also gross, but is at least tolerable.

    The studies are out. No DNA damage with daily ascorbate supplementation. Exactly the same as “natural” ascorbate. Never had pH issues with this product. Even during vitamin C flush (10, 20, 50g per day). This is a good alternative the citrates in electrolyte packets (citric acid) if you have no ready access to high pH water, such an ionizer.

    I use this in a preparation that my doctor asked me to make and drink to help support my adrenals. It mixes well in liquid, and a little goes a long way.

    Great stuff. Mineral ascorbates. Not too tart (as ascorbic acid is.)I but this regularly and take a rounded teaspoon of it in water.

    I like this product

    I like this product. It helps me sleep better at might because it also has magnesium in it. It takes a bit to get used to the taste, but a powder is much easier to digest and it gets in the blood stream much faster than a pill.
