    Excellent quality and Chelated, I take it for depression and Zinc deficiency. Highly recommend if you need a zinc supplement.

    This is very high quality Zinc for a great price. Always buy Chelated Zinc supplements. It much better absorbed and will keep you from getting an upset stomach if you have that problem with Zinc.I purchased this Zinc because my Zinc defencenccy has bearing on my medically diagnosed Major Depression Disorder. I take a combination of Zinc, SAM-e ( SAMe), and DHAE. I’m unable to take St. John’s Wart due to some other meds I’m on, but if you reading this for simliar reason, research it was well.There have been many studies that conclude that a majority of those diagnosed with depression, that have been tested, are Zinc deficient. It’s simple enough to see if it works for you. There is a Zinc test you can do from smell, but it will not work with chelated zinc. The smell test doesn’t work for me at all, but I can tell a difference within a few days when I stop or begin taking Zinc.I highly recommend this brand. It’s very high quality from a very reputable company. Solaray makes great vitamins and supplements.

    Solaray es de muy buena calidad y el zinc és un magnífico nutriente pero sólo el del bote que la etiqueta que está en español. Devolví un bote de la etiqueta en inglés y el último que he recibido, hago pedido recurrente, también con etiqueta en inglés, no lo he llegado a consumir, abriendo los dos botes huele tan fuerte que no me he atrevido
