Good product
They smell like lemon. Not really a taste to them and they are easy to take. Not sure if they work cause I’m using them to help normalize my cycle and prepare me for pregnancy because I’m the past I have had difficulty getting pregnant and my cycles are off.

I would be really careful if you choose to use this product. I started this in the hopes of regulating and lightening my period and instead I’ve been bleeding for 15 days straight, with no signs of stopping. I don’t have diagnosed PCOS, but I have irregular cycles and a few other symptoms so I thought I’d try this since me and the hubby are TTC.I took one whole bottle and started another in high hopes that this would have good results and instead was met with spotting for over a week which has turned into heavy bleeding that hasn’t stopped. I fully believe this messed up my hormones and I’m praying I don’t lose too much time TTC while waiting for my cycle to regulates.I’ve stopped these supplements and hope the bleeding will stop very soon. I’m upset because I wanted to love this product.

So far so good!
I’ve been taking these for a month now and I think they are helping. I am so irregular. I got off birth control in Jan 2020 and only had 2 natural periods in 2020. Hubs and I are trying to get pregnant. So I have to ovulate for us to conceive. I ovulated 30 days after my last period according to a LH surge test so I think that’s a good sign! Will test in 2-3 weeks to see if I’m pregnant or start my period. Either way I’m happy and hopeful this keeps happening often! The pills smell great, but are hard to swallow. Small complaint for all the other great benefits this company has! Love the products so far!

My fiancé and I had been trying to have a baby for over 2 years, I had tried other Myo chiro inositol pills that required me to take 4 a day and they did not help. I used this brand for less than 2 months and I am now almost 22 weeks pregnant with our daughter. This brand is so wonderful for many reasons. First, they work. Second, they include a flavor jelly in their pill bottles that make the capsules smell and taste like citrus. This flavor jelly thing makes taking these pills so easy. I actually took that citrus jelly out and put it into my prenatal vitamins. I highly recommend this brand!!! 10/10!!!

Pregnant after 9 months of no success
Okay, I’m a very skeptical person by nature, so I want to preface this by saying a sheer number of things could have contributed.However, I’d been trying to get pregnant for 9 months and decided that I needed to focus on my health. I don’t have PCOS. I am healthy and relatively fit. However, I knew there were some benefits of inositol on metabolic health and fertility. Then, I found this supplement. I took it one month and got a positive pregnancy test last week. I’m now 5+ weeks pregnant after 9 months of a concerted effort, and 1.5 years of casually trying. I can’t say that it was this supplement, as I also reduced my stress levels and started to get more sunshine. But I’ll also say… if you take it correctly, it probably won’t hurt.

One Happy Husband!
I started buying this for my wife about 5-6 months ago. My wife had hormonal acne that was making her feel very self-conscious for the past 2 years, along with irregular periods. Helps with hormonal balance
This works wonderfully to balance my hormones through my cycle. I used to have slightly irregular cycles and unusually light periods. I tried this and now I have 28 day cycles like clockwork, and normal 5-day periods. Not only that, it’s helped with so much more that I never even expected it to. My acne is so much better, and I don’t get the flare up’s I used to get around ovulation and before my period. I also have chronic folliculitis and mild hs, and this definitely helps me. I’ve found I have more energy throughout the day and I don’t crash right after eating (upon further research I’ve leaned that inositol helps with insulin production/resistance).Overall I recommend this product. I love the touch of the flavor insert in the bottle. This company is so sweet and I love supporting women-owned businesses. Of the two brands of inositol I’ve tried, this is far superior, the 40:1 ratio is for sure more effective

Let me tell you about this product it is the product I have tried this far. I stuggle with pcos, weight loss, infertility & irregular cycles. I recently find this product in February. I bought it and paired it with their Fertility tea and been taking it for the last three month. I’ve gotten my cycle for the past three months I’ve been taking prenatal as while because im trying to get pregnant. My mood doesnt get affect at all and you can get it on a monthly sale to help you out.
