fabulous stuff – use for my dogs who are spayed for hormone replacement

More energy, hair regrowth
I have taken this product for a lost 2 years and am very pleased with the results. I had some hair thinning and lack of energy from menopause and was looking for plant based estrogen to alleviate symptoms. I have stopped taking it a couple of times and I notice a loss of energy and thinning hair whenever I have not taken it for a few weeks. I definitely see hair growth when I start taking it again to where I can clearly see short inch long hairs sticking out from new growth. I do not have hot flashes so cannot speak to that but this product is essential for me!

Update – returned for refund!!!
Update: I have returned this item. I didn’t open the product. They changed the ingredients and left off several things. It is not the same product I have been getting. The identical bottle of my previous bottles were large gel caps and they had extra ingredients that worked great and you only had to take 2 of them. This one has less ingredients (that were important) and you now have to take 4 of them, so you get less servings as well. Not happy. READ the label to compare to the old version and they don’t even tell you they changed it.I feel better overall since taking these supplements. I am post menopause and I feel these supplements help my body. It has a well balanced list of ingredients (the old version). The pills are very easy to swallow. I am disappointed as you used to be able to get them and only have to take 2 pills a day. Those are no longer available and now they come with the same count (120) but you have to take 4 pills a day – they will only last half the time now – 30 days instead of 60 days and with a price tag of $26 that is going to get expensive. I’m going to keep looking to see if anyone has the old formula.

I love this product! It really works! This was not my first order. I didn’t notice the no return or refund. Didn’t need it until this order. Amazon went ahead and made a “ one time exception “And issued a refund. But how can I order again knowing if I get an unsealed bottle it’s my problem. Clearly I have to get it somewhere else 😏

How big is too big?How big is too big?
My photo shows that this pill is slightly >1 inch. I feel a bit nauseous after taking but and have noticed fewer hot flashes over the past couple days. Hard to know if that’s real or a fluke – I’d say time will tell but I don’t know how much I can take. This is literally very tough for me to swallow.
