    Well one thing is for certain and two things for sure there are not a lot of probiotics that works!!!!!! This is probably the second one that I have tried that I can give a thumbs up on. Since I started taking it I can tell a bit of a difference in my gut and digestive system so I will probably continue to stay on this one for a while and hopefully come back and give an updated review.

    I was in search of a good probiotic and found these. They work amazing for me! I felt less bloated and like my food was digesting way better. I didn’t seem to have as many tummy aches after eating and I seemed to have normal bathroom trips. I heard you have to keep these in your refrigerator so I did but I’m not sure it makes much difference either way!

    Love these and actually use them for my dog, she has a nervous stomach, so very helpful. My biggest complaint is the price, you don’t get a lot for the cost

    This is not kept refrigerated as stated on the bottle.

    This is NOT kept refrigerated!If Solaray Multidophilus is not refrigerated, the live,, beneficial bacteria (probiotics) can become damaged, degrade faster, or die off due to heat and humidity. This results in significantly reduced potency, shorter shelf life, and decreased effectiveness, making the supplement less useful for gut health.
