With any new suppliment, I start with one just to test. I have weird allergies to a lot of various things, so I just do a tester dose. My energy that day was amazing. No sluggish or jittery feelings. About me, I have fibromyalgia which for many people makes you hurt an feel extremely exhausted. This helps me with those symptoms (not a cure and this is my personal opinion for how it works for me). I’m up to the full dosage now and have been able to get things accomplished I haven’t been able to do for quite a while. So far, no side effects (definitely no bad side effects). Seems to last all day (although I took it late in the day the first day and took me a while to wind down to get to sleep lol). So far, very impressed.

Don’t believe the hype on the advertisement, it says there are no fillers, the actual bottle that I received as you can see from the photos has fillers. It is a clear case of false advertisement they say they don’t have fillers, they show photos with no fillers. they use a label in the advertisement that has no fillers, but when they send out the product, it has fillers. clearly false advertisement, bait and switch. I actually contacted the New York State attorney general’s office I believe this is a criminal act
