The product description and the label of this product say 90 gummies, 5000mcg in big bold print. The fine print on the back of the bottle says each pill is only 2500mcg and you have to take 2 of them to get 5000mcg, so the bottle actually contains only 45 servings. The $18 price is very expensive for only 45 servings. Other brands of Biotin on Amazon are far cheaper per serving.

The strawberry flavor of the Shifaa brand is not as good as the Cherry gummies from Youth and Tonic. Also the texture of the Shifaa is a little gritty. The Youth and Tonic are just gummy, no grittiness.The Bronson biotin gummies are also a good texture and berry flavor option. I cant recommend the Shifaa brand over Youth and Tonic and Bronson.
