Beaware of some lesser used ingredients
Ostensibly a probiotic product (and they do contain plenty of those) but read the fine print, they also include some unusual additions. Firstly, it contains fructooligosaccharides, to serve ostensibly as a prebiotic. But fructooligosaccharides are also used as alternative sweeteners. Do your research and figure out if this makes sense for you. Additionally, the pills contain marine polysaccharides — a new fad in supplements. Again, do your research.Made in the USA, which is great. Pitched as a female product and if you believe in gendered probiotics, hurrah, these are for you.
