Doesn’t Over-thicken Drinks, Taste Gritty or Smell Bad
Hello Friends, I selected this Sunfiber prebiotic fiber for gut health.I seriously like this product. I have started to add it to milk and chai in the morning. I don’t feel hungry until dinner time. By itself it tastes faintly of sunflower seeds. In milk and chai it tastes like nothing and adds just a slight thickness which fits the drink perfectly. I have nice spongy stools in the aftermath. My housemates have started to use it too. It has a place on the counter now.

Helped with bloating and heartburn
When this first arrived I was on another supplement that was delivering probiotics and I didn’t feel the need to add any more or want too much at one time so I finished the other product and even gave it a few days before planning on trying this. I had a couple days just after stopping taking probiotics of eating pretty bad, junk food just cheaper food or fried and the sweets of different kids because I went to a new Amish store that had just opened up and growing up I have always been a fan of their foods even though many are not part of a healthy diet at all. I don’t have good will power and being very petite and wanting to gain a few pounds I get encouraged to eat a lot as well by people assuming I don’t eat too much. I occasionally because of the issues just mentioned have stomach problems time to time like bloating and bad heartburn and indigestion. Yesterday as I was having bad bloating anytime I wanted to eat and then the acid reflux after I made a glass of this and added almost double the amount . As I was even drinking just starting with smaller sips I started feeling the bloating go down and the acid reflux dissolving. Through the night I slept well and didn’t wake up with stomach discomfort and nausea . Iv taken again this morning with some chocolate milk and I’m not getting the discomfort I would yesterday and day before that would start within a min or two of eating and drinking. Will definitely be using this daily from now on

Upgrade
We have been using a different fiber and a friend recommended this one. It is perfect, dissolves I’m water fast and without taste. Definitely an upgrade from our previous one.

Good stuff but
There are other versions available of exactly the same things for significant less cost. Result is I have gone back to the other version.

Goopy/ tampered / unsecured seal
This did not dissolve well I have had many sun fiber products this is the only one that was odd at dissolving and not completely dissolving, the seal as stated by other purchasers was not properly sealed can easily be tampered with by someone this should be a big concern to the customers and company needs to address this. Would not recommend not only that but does not give an option to refund a improperly sealed product.

Seal not sealed all the way and open
Not sealed properly since glue was missing and when I took the lid off the seal was open so it could’ve been messed with. No outside plastic seal either. Had to return. Good price though and I may try them again. First time buying so I don’t know how the fiber is.
