OK sublingual B-12
I have to take B-12 for neuropathy and I usually buy the 1000mg size and cut in half with a pill cutter. This stretches the supply. I have been doing this for years and decided to try this brand as the price was good. They tend to crumble with my cutter so not a good fit for me. They are sublingual but do not seem to dissolve very quickly. They are OK but I will order a different brand next time.

After reading a caution about B12 made from cyancobalamin I was searching for the safer and more easily absorbed methylcobalamin. These tablets are an easy way to give yourself a little vitamin boost. You pop one under your tongue and it slowly disssolves, letting your mouth tissues absorb the vitamin. The flavor is bright amd pleasant.
