I’ve been taking these Cayenne Pepper drops to help support my immune system and my metabolism. The drops come in a brown glass bottle with a dropper that is set to 1 ml and the dosage is 2ml per day. If you take as suggested, this bottle should last you 30 days.The taste is quite nice – kind of sweet and spicy. It’s easy to use with the dropper. I either just squirt it into my mouth, or I add it to my tea or smoothie.There are SO MANY ingredients in this little dropper. You get D3, K2-7, Cayenne, Hawthorn, Whole Beets, and a blend of turmeric, ginseng, berberine, and Ceylon cinnamon bark. I’m not sure how much you really get of the “Proprietary Blend”, since all of those equal 100 mg. I wish that it listed the amount of Berberine separately since that is something that I’m really interested in. That said, I take many of those supplements by themselves, so it’s helpful to get them all in one dropper. I find that I don’t seem to be overly hungry when taking these drops, so that’s a plus!My issues with this supplement are that the box shows that it is made in a GMP facility, but I don’t see that it is 3rd party tested for purity and for heavy metals. It is distributed by a company in Dublin, Ireland, but I’d love to know where the product was actually made and where the ingredients are sourced from.
