This has one of the more extensive ingredient lists I’ve seen in an immunity gummy, and I appreciate that the label provides actual amounts rather than simply advertising a proprietary “13-in-1” blend.A full serving is EIGHT gummies. That serving provides 200 mg vitamin C, 20 mcg vitamin D3, 5 mg vitamin B6, 25 mcg vitamin B12 and 15 mg zinc. The formula also includes tapioca fiber, ashwagandha, elderberry, turmeric, holy basil, MCT oil, ginger and black pepper fruit extract.The pineapple flavor is a fun change from the berry flavor that seems to dominate this category.There are two things I would definitely know before buying. First, eight gummies per serving is quite a few. The container has 120 gummies, but that’s only 15 full servings. Second, a serving contains 7 grams of total sugar, including 7 grams of added sugar.I also wouldn’t automatically combine this with several other vitamin or herbal supplements without looking at the totals, particularly because you’re already getting 136% DV zinc, 222% DV vitamin C and 294% DV vitamin B6 per serving.I really like the transparency and breadth of the formula.
