Helps with energy level & love small pill size
I was concerned when I received since it was advertised as soft gel, described as small & easy to swallow but outside label on bottle said capsule. I had problem with previous order from another company who advertised & pictured it as soft gel but they actually were huge capsules. I waited to hear back from manufacturer before I opened the bottle but then decided to open it. The pill is soft gel, small, easy to swallow and has not smell or aftertaste. I’ve been taking only a short time but I do see a difference in my energy level. I decided to order for my adult son.

When I first took the pill in the morning, instead of being energized, I felt sleepy and sluggish. With a little research, I found out the CoQ10 can cause a drop in BP and blood sugar levels. Hhonest labeling – each tablet is the stated dose, 200 mg, plus it includes black pepper extract, which is supposed to make the CoQ10 more absorbable. No side effects so far.
