My review is based on buying the product, have no idea if the product works well or not. I ordered the probiotic since it showed up on a best probiotics that are also helpful for weight loss list that i Googled. I ordered the product and beknownst to me it had arrived the Friday before a 3 day Holiday weekend. On Tuesday I found it in my mailbox and was happy to open it (4 days later). I was surprised to find a tiny defrosted ice gel pack with the product. I read all the small print on the box and it says KEEP REFRIGERATED. Great. I tried to return it as a defective product because there was no way I was going to take something that was meant to be refrigerated, but had that sat in my mailbox for 4 days. No luck. Such a waste of money.
