i wish there was more clear labeling around sourcing and quality. that said, these probiotics are easy to take and gentle on my stomach. I like that it has cranberry extract, and i do appreciate that it is vegan and gf. it seems like a good general strain blend for overall health with a focus on urinary health, which is a nice specific benefit.

Beneficial probiotic strains for women’s health
This product has beneficial items for Women’s Health. The last strain on the label is known for helping the GI tract, but the rest of the strains listed are specifics for women’s health, helping with a healthy vag microbiome. The convenient thing is the product does not have to be refrigerated. It is good that the label clarifies the capsule is a delayed-release, in order to protect the probiotics from stomach acid. Enteric coated capsules will open up after entering the small intestine. To me, this is important to know. The cranberry extract added to the product is a nice edition, and a decent milligram dose of the cranberry per instructions my urologist told me. This company, in my opinion, has shown themselves to work hard towards making a beneficial product for women.

I have never taken a probiotic before , but, as a woman, the possibility of UTIs and any vaginal odor was always in the back of my mind. The reason I picked this product was the addition of cranberry which is beneficial for my kidneys, as well as providing a protective barrier in the urinary tract to prevent UTIs. The raw flora probiotic works to balance vaginal pH, and eliminate unwanted odors. This is an exceptional preventative supplement that addresses my concerns. The capsules are easy to take leaving no after taste or stomach distress. Taking them has now become part of my daily routine. I highly recommend this product.

Two caps a day that are easy to swallow. Since I have always taken probiotics, but not ones geared to urinary and vaginal health, I was paying attention to anything I might notice. I honestly didn’t notice a thing. Since I haven’t ever had a UTI, I am happy to keep it that way. So if taking this Raw Flora option may help, ok. I have had numerous friends that struggle with UTIs and vaginal issues, and I will be letting them know about this.

I’ve been taking separate probiotic & cranberry supplements for awhile now, so it’s great having this dual action supplement that contains both. Normally I’d be taking 3 to 4 capsules for each of the supplements but now I just take two a day. The capsules are average size & easy to swallow. There’s no bad odor or taste. It helps my digestion & hopefully my urinary health as well. $19.99 for a one month supply is a very fair price since you’re pretty much getting 2 supplements for the price of one. Another plus is that these probiotics don’t require refrigeration.
