I have taken allergy medicines over long period of time and while I do find some relief the sluggish after effects keeps me from taking them regularly. This supplement does the job and provides an energy boost. This 30-day supply of vegan capsules are easy to swallow. I take two with my first meal in the morning without any weird taste or tummy issues. When I received my bottle of supplements they were well packaged. I really like the dark bottle too as it does preserve the ingredients potency overtime.
