So far I haven’t been sick.
I bought this product because my father saw something on the internet from a Canadian physician saying that if you took this product the chances of you getting sick with covid was slim. I figured it couldn’t hurt trying it since it’s vitamins. The daily dosage is 4 capsules per day. They are moderate in size. I gave an average rating on easy to swallow because it seems like the older I become the harder it is for me to swallow medicine. There really is no flavor but there is a green dust within the bottle that will sometimes coat the capsules. (I think this is probably the vitamin itself within the capsules. The bottle gives you a months supply so it’s not bad to me for the value. Vitamins in general can be a little pricey.

I know this makes a difference to my immunity system. Recently I was with my grandchildren who were all coming down with colds or flu. They are not very good about covering their mouths when they cough or sneeze – so germs were swirling all around me. I’m doing just fine. Well, worth keeping this up!
