We all get darn aches and pains occasionally. As I get older, the aches and pains come more often.I discovered the value of magnesium oil spray a few months bag. I didn’t know how well it worked till I tried it. I was about to run out and decided to try this kind.It says on the bottle that this is made in the USA – Yay! It came yesterday and my aches and pains were ready for it! Lol.It’s so easy to use. If you have an achy spot, just spray some of this on, then massage it in. If it feels tingly, don’t panic because it’s supposed to. With this, I started feeling some relief only a couple of minutes after spraying it on. Just remember to rub/massage it in as much as you can.Overall, I’m very pleased with this product so far. It does work to calm stressed muscles and joints. I’m happy with it and recommend.

Awesome zechstein magnesium spray, just two simple ingredients, water and zechstein magnesium chloride!, the spray nozzle works nicely and provides good spray coverage, 4 sprays deliver around 66 mg of elemental magnesium, I like to use it on my ankles where I get tension from hiking and mountain biking, for me magnesium seems to help calm these areas down, I usually spray it on 30 minutes before sleep since it sprays on like water but after rubbing it in it does feel a bit oily, so I like to give it a few minutes to dry and absorb, comes in a large 8 fl oz bottle, for me this oil works nicely and so far no skin reactions or breakouts, the liquid is unscented as-well.Zechstein magnesium is from an ancient sea bed and is known to be one of the most pure, bio-available and easily absorbed forms of magnesium, of course as with any cream or oil it’s best to test on a small area first to check for reactions.Overall I highly recommend.Made in the USA.

Ineffective magnesium oil, did not work for my needs
I don’t believe this magnesium oil is as effective as others I’ve purchased in the past, I personally use it as a deodorant and spray on my underarms daily. This does not eliminate the body smell like it should, so I don’t entirely trust this is an effective product. Another indicator of this not being true magnesium, is this should come in a glass opaque bottle to preserve it, and not a standard plastic bottle.

Pricey for how diluted it is
Haven’t used it yet but based on taste ( I know it’s not for ingesting, just had a tiny drop ) it is magnesium although there is no way to know if it’s really Zechstein magnesium.I usually apply magnesium gel but this one is very watery so that it can be sprayed on.I use topical magnesium to help preventing muscle cramps while surfing.

This magnesium oil spray does help with muscle cramps! If I am smart, I will apply this spray after a busy day, especially if I have walked a lot. I do believe it has helped prevent my leg muscles from cramping at night. When I am not proactive, and the cramps kick in, I will still use the spray and eventually the cramping will calm down.This goes on easily, and I prefer the spray to a lotion. This does not feel overly greasy on my skin. There is no unpleasant odor. There is a small warm feeling when applying, nothing that noticeable.

This magnesium comes in a non-aerosol can. It’s easy to pump and comes out well. I haven’t experienced any blockage or issues with the pump.I notice an improvement and hope with continued use, I will see any even greater releases of tension.

I don’t use this spray as my daily dose of Magnesium. In fact, I take my Magnesium as a liquid drop, just before bed. However, I use this just before bed, as well.I spray this on my lower legs, and my feet. Why? Because it prevents cramping during sleep. This is a huge problem solver for me, since I used to jump out of bed in the middle of the night. Jumping around will usually make the cramps subside, though it takes some time.This stuff is the best thing since sliced bread. Don’t eat it, just try it when you have muscle aches, strains, and general discomfort. It really works, and it works super fast.Spray it on your calves if you get leg cramps there. Spray it on your shoulders if you get muscle pain following a workout.It’s fantastic, and worth every penny. Magnesium Oil is a miracle, and it’s all natural, and safe. No chemicals here.I recommend this highly. Excellent stuff.
