Excellent ingredients: Nicotinamide riboside chloride, Nicotinamide, Blueberry extract (fruit), standardized to 25% anthocyanins, Pyrroloquinoline quinone sodium salt (PQQ), Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, HPMC (vegan capsules). Good Mix of Ingredients
Taking this for long term preventative health.I’ve done a lot of reading on NAD supplementation along with the additional mix of ingredients. This is good mix. I’ve been taking the recommended dosage for about 2 weeks. The pills have no taste and are easy to swallow.I haven’t notice any energy level changes or any negative side effects. This is a long term supplement that will be need to be taken for a while to achieve its full effectiveness.
