Not Medical Advice, But Noticing Positive Changes So Far
I’m not a doctor, so this isn’t medical advice, but I recently started taking Crane Wellness Pure Oceanic Root Iodine, and after just a few days, I’ve already begun noticing some positive changes. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what’s different, but I’ve felt a bit more energized and balanced overall since incorporating these into my routine.The bottle comes with 300 small pills, which is great because it means they’ll last for quite a while. 5 tiny tablets a day
When I saw it was 5 tablets per serving and 90 servings included in the bottle, I had to take them all out and count because it didn’t seem correct. But it was all there. I have thyroid issues for which I take medication, so it’s hard to tell what effect that these are having, but I’m not feeling any worse since taking them… I’ve actually been having good days. I’ll keep taking them until they run out and try to update if I remember.

Great iodine supplement, but has sugar substitutes in it
This is small green tablet, and is unlike any other iodine I have taken. It has 1,500 mcg and about 20 mg of sodium, 4 gm magnesium and fucoidan ,29 mg with kelp and extract powder, mekabu extract, and fatty acid esters. I have been taking 5 tablets a day to increase my metabolism and feel less sluggish. Only minor complaint is that it contains sucrose, which I feel is overdone because i don’t want any sugar/ substitutes. You can’t really suck on the tablet because it is so small. Other that that, great iodine supplement.

Very good iodine
This is some very high quality iodine. The tablets are small, which makes it very easy to take the suggested serving size of 5 easily.300 tablets come in a bottle, within a well sealed box. Both the box & bottle label show a clear expiration date of 06-01-2028, which is over 3 years out.I appreciate that it’s made from pristine Japanese ingredients by Crane Wellness. I very highly recommend this source of iodine above all others.

Naturally derived iodine
Iodine is such an essential mineral and something we don’t always get enough of so supplementing can be rather helpful. This an easy to take iodine supplement and seems to be high quality. I also appreciate that it is naturally derived from kelp.

Capped but no seal
The bottle had a folded piece of plastic in the top. I had hopes for this product but have doubt about the safety since it arrived unsealed.I have taken liquid Iodine and liked it, wanted to try these tablets.

I’ve been taking this iodine supplement for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s gentle on my stomach, and I like that it’s made from natural kelp instead of synthetic sources. I’ve noticed a bit more energy and focus lately, which I think is from better thyroid support. The dropper makes it easy to measure, and the taste is mild — slightly oceanic, but nothing unpleasant. My only small gripe is that the bottle could be a little bigger for the price, but the quality feels excellent and the ingredients are clean. I appreciate that it’s plant-based and Non-GMO. I’ll definitely keep using it.
