Best anti-leg cramp medicine
This magnesium is wonderful for eliminating leg muscle cramps by just rubbing it on the cramp area. Also, I add it to my before bedtime water that I drink, and sleep much better, with rare cramping. The taste isn’t very good, but ok with my lemon flavored water.

Miraculous, even on eczema j
It’s miraculous… my husband and I have started taking it and we sleep so well. Added note, I suffer from eczema, and I put a few drops on the rashes and it dries them out and calms the redness. It stings… but it helps with inflammation. Even on the skin.
