    Great, quality product

    I think this is a great product and also use other Pure Encapsulations supplements based on my doctor’s recommendation. My body has trouble processing B vitamins and this formulation has the more easily absorbable form of B12 that I need.

    Expensive, not sure it is helping me, quality ingredients

    I started taking this because my doctor suggested it. Due to my medical conditions research has found taking higher amounts of B vitamins may be needed. I’ve been taking this for many months now and I don’t know if it is helping anything. I have researched the ingredients and they are top notch. This vitamin includes the best forms of folate and B12 as well as other things. It is quite expensive for a vitamin (and more expensive on Amazon then to pick it up from my doctor’s office). I’d really like to stop taking it because of the price, but I’m afraid maybe it is helping my health even though I don’t notice it.

    This product is a bit expensive, but it has not let me down. I’ve only taken it for a few days and i see the results. I have more energy and stamina. The B12 is mythylcobalimine instead of the synthetic cyan ocobalimine, which i prefer. I do not care for the vegetable capsule, only because I’m not sure how well my bidy breaks it down. I am happy they do not include other nasty fillers. I recommend this B complex.

    Easy on my sensitive gut

    Took it, felt fantastic, raised hell with my toddler forhoyrs. It’s her bedtime, and I’m still undefeated. My gut is so sensitive, and many supplements give me migraines, not not PE!

    Essential supplement that’s worth it!

    I always try to take vitamin, mineral supplements as well other nutraceuticals such as glucosamine/msm etc. I would take this product regularly when I was working. I honestly think it kept me sharp, healthy and energetic. Then I was in a MVA in April, concussion head injury, couldn’t perform at my job at my previous level (critical care RN); I was in pain, I was in a fog, I did not have recall, I could not process, and I had vision issues and nausea as well. Tinnitus was pretty bad too. I could not afford my supplements and went by the wayside. Two months after injury, I got worse. Somewhere by end of July I realized I had to get back on my supplements, and especially the Bs. I knew I had neuralgia from the impact, and I knew the importance of B vits on nerve health and healing. I have to say it is really really helping me recover. I take 2 a day am and pm) instead of my “previous” health taking 1 which was all I needed. I noted a marked improvement in pain relief, memory, processing, energy increase (a concussion and PCS – you are fatigued all the time regardless how little you do) after about 48 hours of first dose. Pretty miraculous!My neurologist prescribed Elavil to me for the head pain, and Elavil is commonly prescribed off-label use for Post Concussion Headache and Post Concussion Syndrome, but I read all the possible side effects of Elavil, and I read other’s comments taking it, and decided I really didn’t want to take a pharmaceutical – I wanted a neutraceutical! Felt it could be better than big Pharma.The only down side to this Ultra B complex is expense. To me, it’s very expensive, especially that I am not working and taking 2 capsules now. But it’s gotten me much better, functioning better, feeling better, not nearly as tired as I was, and all this will help me get back to work and back on my feet again so I can continue to afford this supplement, because, honestly, I really feel it is worth every penny!

    Excellent B-Complex

    I had the multivitamin from Pure Encapsulation for 50 plus, but never feel any different. I got the big bottle, I change to Ultra B-Complex with PQQ and such a different. I love it, I feel the increase of energy like 20 days after. This is the one for me some people comment above the price but anyway we spent more in other thing why not in ourselves.

    Highly recommend

    This vitamin is everything it claims to be; gentle on my stomach, no after taste and gives me the energy I desperately need. It is a bit on the expensive side but I will continue to buy and use it.

    This product is too powerful for some people. It caused me to break out with itchy rash like bumps.And it’s not eligible for return.
