Pure encapsulations always seems to provide a good quality product. I’m happy with the BCAA compared to other powders. Very fine pure powder, and mixes better than others. No added sweeteners or chemicals, just a good clean BCAA.

Excellent for Tardive Dyskensythia
I have tardive dyskenthesia from a pharmecutical I took for years. It makes my jaws move cross wise instead of up and down. There is, on the web, a NIH research paper that recommends bcaa’s for this problem. My psych was brilliant enough to know about that. It works but I do have to keep dosing; it is not something that goes away permanently though I am off the drug.

No smell, designed to be mixed, not 60 servings as labelled
This is pretty much the only way you can get BCAA without all that other artificial and glucose sugar based ingredients. There is no smell and the product is not designed to be eaten alone or in water. This product is to be mixed in with a smoothie, juice or shake etc. I also find the product is good in pure apple sauce when in a pinch.What I don’t understand is that this product is labeled for 60 servings. My first package arrived May 21st, I meticulously measured a 3.3gram measure from the provided scoop each day… Yet I ran out of the product by June 29th.So there is approximately 40ish servings and not the 60 as advertised.

Great product but causes inflammation
I was taking this product everyday, after one week I was so inflamed that I couldn’t sleep without pain.Is a great product but could cause inflammation specially if you have RA or other auto immune things

It’s not water soluble so mix it in a small quantity of yogurt.
Great product for training recovery or just to supplement aminos.

The only Bcaa that actually doesn’t have additives and works
If I take this before I run I don’t have to fight as hard to get through the second half of my run. It’s a tasteless powder that truly doesn’t have any additives to it which is incredibly rare for a workout supplement these days.There’s another brand (Naked bcaa) that claims directly on the label no additives and when you look at the ingredients.. it has an additive, it has Lecithin.This brand has nothing that’s why it’s great.💯 recommend this for anyone who needs additional protein and remember bcaa’s can work like magic but you need to put the big effort as well, help these bcaa’s help you

Energy booster!
I love the energy boost that I get from this powder. It takes be through an hour long intense workout and still leaves me energized instead of spent. It takes a bit to dissolve – I put it in my water bottle and shake it up every 10 minutes or so until it’s fully dissolved. If the water is cold, that can take up to 30 minutes. It is a little bitter tasting, so get the capsules if that will bother you.
