    I had experimented with fish oil and vitamin D for a long time before I came across an interview with Oliver Lilholt and Julius Heslet. Watching their passion about the science behind making the worlds cleanest fishoil and creating a product that has the highest quality and effectiveness made me switch to puori. I also like that the capsules are tasteless and super smooth to swallow, and I love how dark the bottle and the outer material of the capsules are, which protects the oil and the vitamin from light. Taking two D-vitamins daily seem to help me with workout recovery and keeping the immune system up.

    Easy to swallow and digest!

    These are easy to swallow and digest. And of course it should be confirmed by an independent testing lab, but it seems to be of high quality and absorption as my labs have shown a solid and sustainable increase in Vitamin D blood levels, even during winter months where I see very little sun.

    The pills arrived completely stuck together as one large ball inside the jar. I had to spend some time separating each pill, but after that I’ve had no recurrence of the issue. Otherwise a great supplement. I hope my next order isn’t a repeat because it was pretty annoying to deal with.

    COVID Protection

    I’ve been taking Puori Vitamin D for awhile, because it’s one of the cleanest and most bio-accessible forms of it. Low and behold, people who are vitamin D deficient have a much greater chance of testing positive for COVID, and people who have healthy amounts of it in their system have a much greater chance of not getting it.
