    Great for hair, skin, and the 3500mg dose lasts

    I’m a woman using this for perimenopausal hair thinning. The 3500mg blend is potent. About a month in, less shedding, hair feels stronger, and my skin actually looks more hydrated (probably the fatty acids). With 300 softgels, one bottle lasts forever. Easy to swallow, no smell.
