Excellent value for a 120 day supply.
Very happy with this product. First, it’s a great value for a 120 day supply. I feel safe taking this product because it is made in a FDA and GMP registered facility and is HACCP certified. Something a lot of other supplement manufacturers don’t do. No noticeable taste or odor. I take this as a supplement for the long haul, not something I expect real noticeable overnight effects from. It’s part of my rather large daily supplement regime. The gel caps are small size and are very easy to take. Best of all it has a bare bones basic ingredients list. Not pumped full of a list of chemicals which I have to look up online. With all my supplements I try to go by the old phrase “Keep it simple stupid”. Recommended.

I have hope but not sure about the pale color. They should probably be a darker shade of orange. They look more like vegetable oil. Only time will tell if they are effective.

This is a pretty great supplement. I took this pumpkin seed oil supplement by VBTOP the other day and it kind of takes the place of four other supplements. It has antioxidants, omega oils, gives my skin vitamin E and lowers my blood pressure all in one pill. I felt pretty relaxed the whole day after taking this. Generally speaking I find that supplements that give 30 days worth of doses are usually at the $20-$25 US mark. This dual pack is 40 days worth of doses for $20 which is a good price for the value. So 10 out of 10 for value, 10 out of 10 for efficacy and 10 out of 10 overall. I would highly recommend.NOTES:This product arrived in a proprietary printed label plastic bottle. The bottle cap was shrink wrapped with an in-tac and unbroken health and safety seal. Under the cap was a second in-tact and unbroken aluminum health and safety seal. The pills are small and easy to swallow. I’ve been doing a little research on the benefits of taking pumpkin seed oil supplements. I was surprised to find out some people feel there are benefits to your skin and hair because of the essential fatty acids, plant sterols and antioxidants. One study showed a 40% increase in hair growth. Some people take the supplements to help with cholesterol and heart health, sometimes lowering blood pressure. This particular brand is non-GMO and free of soy, dairy, gluten and tree nuts. It is a vegan product, free of gelatin. It is third party tested and the label is stamped with “Manufactured in a FDA and GMP registered facility”, also certified HACCP. it is recommended to take 3 soft gels per day, giving you 1500mg of cold-pressed virgin oil in addition to 75mg of saw palmetto, also believed to be beneficial to your hair. Each soft gel is very small and easy to swallow. I have been taking them for a couple of days and have had no adverse reactions. I know it will take at least 60 days to notice a difference, so I will continue to take them. As with any supplement, if you are on other medications you should check with your doctor before starting anything new.

As a senior male, I try to take care of all aspects of my health including bladder, urinary tract and prostate health. I wasn’t aware until recently of the many benefits of pumpkin seed oil. I did know about saw palmetto extract and had taken it for years for prostate support.This proprietary blend by VBTOP includes a generous dose of pumpkin seed oil, 1500mg, and a really small dose of saw palmetto extract, just 75mg. My ‘normal’ doses of saw palmetto were in the many hundreds of milligrams, even up to 1000mg, for comparison.The clear yellow soft gels are small-ish, but not tiny. They are easy to swallow. I’ve not had any negative side effects. Supplements for this type of health support are hard to discern their efficacy right away. Sometimes it can take a month or more to notice a difference or you may not notice a difference at all, which doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not effective or beneficial.If you have to get up several times per night to pee and then after a month or so that gradually becomes less and less, then yes, then you might say “it is working”. I still have to get up a couple times per night, and I’ve been taking this, but also saw palmetto and others for years. Great supplement for us older fellows
I’m finding things just don’t work as well as they did as I’ve aged. This pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto extract combination is purported to improve improve prostate function and promote hair growth, both of which I’m finding slightly problematic these days. The softgels are tiny, easy to take without gagging. I’ve taken these for a few days now and have experienced no negative side effects or stomach upset. Likewise, I’ve experienced no noticeable beneficial effects, but I expect that may take some time. The quantity appears to be fair for the price, and I think it’s worth a try for us older fellows. I’m optimistic.
