It’s ok, but has an aftertaste sometimes
I’ve been taking this supplement for a little while now, and while the capsules are easy to swallow, it is giving me a bad aftertaste sometimes. What you drink or eat before or after taking it might have an effect. I noticed the bad aftertaste after taking it with water and having a light breakfast. Other than that, these seem to be fine.When I put them in my mouth, I can detect the pepper in them. It is possible I’m just more sensitive. I try to swallow them quickly, but it is something I’ve noticed when taking it. It doesn’t bother me too much, but if you are sensitive to taste and have limited tolerance, that might be an issue for you – in which case, I would recommend a different brand.The size of the capsules is like a medium-size capsule. They aren’t small but they aren’t too big either. You get a lot of capsules in the package, which is great because at 2 per day, these will last 3 months, and I think the price is a good value. So overall, I think this oregano supplement is good quality, matches the pictures and description, and hasn’t given me any issues other than the pepper taste and unpleasant aftertaste. I think it’s ok, but not great.
